We’re a human-centred consultancy based in Australia, working across government, education, and enterprise. Our team brings deep experience in digital strategy, service design, delivery, and change—partnering with organisations to create services that work better for the people who use them.

With over 15 years in digital strategy, product delivery and consulting, Tori leads teams that turn complex ideas into products that work. She brings creative energy, focussed clarity, and a knack for building positive, high-performing cultures.

Principal Consultant

Billie-Mae brings together strategy, design and leadership to create systems that work better for people. With deep experience leading multidisciplinary teams across government, healthcare and social services, she helps organisations navigate complexity and deliver meaningful reform.

Her work spans disability, domestic and family violence, aged care, education, clean energy and more—always with a focus on equity, impact and integrity. Billie-Mae is passionate about creating the conditions for teams to thrive and services that make a difference.

Josh Street
Tech and Strategy Advisor

Josh is Avian’s technology and strategy advisor, helping organisations build scalable, modern digital platforms that deliver real impact. He combines deep technical expertise with strategic insight, aligning architecture, design and delivery to business goals.

With experience across complex government, education and enterprise environments, Josh has led large-scale platform modernisation programs, embedded design-thinking into complex ICT initiatives, and led digital product delivery. He’s hands-on with infrastructure and DevOps, but equally focused on the bigger picture: creating sustainable digital ecosystems that teams can own and evolve.
